The County of Dorset was the centre of steam hauled excursions during 2011.
A special DVD containing the many trains operating to destinations such as Swanage and Weymouth and including the new service from Poole to Bath. Not since the days of BR steam in the 1960s, has Dorset seen so many operations.
Trains covered include, ‘The Dorset Coast Express’, ‘The Bath Spa Express’, ‘The Weymouth Seaside Express’ and ‘The Swanage Belle’.
Locomotives featured include, 34067 Tangmere, 35028 Clan Line, 70000 Britannia, 48151, 70013 Oliver Cromwell, 5029 Nunney Castle and 4492 Dominion of New Zealand and 60163 Tornado.
Many locations along all the routes.
